1. Who we are

NB-Track operates NB-Track. This policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Data we collect from account holders

Email address, username, a hashed password, and subscription identifiers. Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record); we never receive your card number.

3. Data processed on behalf of customers

When our customers use tracking links, we process technical data of their visitors (IP address, user-agent, device type, campaign parameters and conversion events). For this data the customer is the controller and we act as processor. Customers are responsible for providing notices and obtaining any consent required by law.

4. How we use data

To provide, secure and support the Service, detect abusive traffic, process subscriptions and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

5. Sub-processors

Paddle (payments), our hosting and infrastructure providers, and, if enabled by a customer, third-party IP-risk APIs configured by that customer.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Tracking data (clicks, conversions, postback and filtered-click logs) is kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically; unpaid sign-ups are also deleted automatically.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data. Contact support@userlyticss.com.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookies, and sensitive keys are encrypted at rest.
