Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing NB-Track (the "Service") operated by NB-Track ("we", "us") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

NB-Track is a subscription software service for tracking advertising clicks and conversions, including redirect links, postbacks and traffic-quality filtering.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Plans are billed annually in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders; Paddle handles payment, taxes, invoices and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to deliver malware, to promote fraud or deceptive offers, to infringe the rights of others, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service. You are solely responsible for the campaigns, offers and destination URLs you configure and for complying with the advertising and privacy laws that apply to your traffic.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you collect with the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service. Detailed tracking data is retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically; export anything you need to keep before then.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify the Service and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or whose subscription is canceled, paused or unpaid. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
