1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting us. After cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and will not renew.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a full refund on your first annual payment if you request it within 14 days of the initial charge.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds and payment queries.
